We are excited to have you visit Champions Retreat Golf Club. Below, you will find some important information to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Arrival

  • Upon arrival, please check in at the security gate. The officer will give you a vehicle pass to display in your windshield.
  • Upon entering the Golf Village, proceed to the bag drop. An attendant will take your golf bag and place it on the golf cart for you. You can then proceed to the parking lot.
  • Please do not change clothes or shoes in the parking lot.
  • The Locker House is available for your use.
  • Before beginning play, please check in at the Golf Shop.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express but do not accept cash or checks for payment. 

Tipping

  • Champions Retreat is a no-tipping facility.
  • Member parties of eight and above in the dining room are charged an 18% service charge.
  • Special events hosted by a member are charged an 18% service charge.
  • Non-member events sponsored by a non-attending member are charged a 22% service charge.

Dress Code

  • Denim jeans are not permitted for anyone on the golf courses or any of the practice areas.
  • Gentlemen are required to wear proper golf attire while at the Club at all times.
  • Women and children not golfing may wear appropriate jeans. This means “neat” jeans with no holes or frays.
  • Golf shoes must have softspikes only.
  • Shirts need to be tucked in at all times and hats must be worn facing forward.
  • Hats should be removed when entering the Grille House.
  • Cut-off shorts, cargo shorts and t-shirts are not permitted.    

Cell Phones

  • Cell phones are not allowed in any buildings with the exception of the Locker House.
  • Cell phones are not allowed on the practice putting greens, short game area or the practice range.
  • Cell phone use is permitted in the parking lot and on the golf course but members and their guests should use discretion and courtesy so as not to interrupt or affect anyone’s play.
